LAHORE (Dunya News) - Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has urged the government to resolve the problem of young doctors in a serious manner.

He made these remarks while talking to the media along with the young doctors where he said he had a detailed discussion with the young doctors about the deplorable situation of hospitals in the country.

Mentioning the Sahiwal incident which occurred lately, he said there should be a full inquiry into the event to hold those involved accountable.

He added there is a shortage of doctors in the country as one doctor in the country is available for 10 thousand people.

He said the JI would fight for the rights of doctors as their efforts for the betterment of the society could not be paid back.
